Two ways to place a car with us. Hand it to the floor and we run the sale end to end — photography, storage, buyers, settlement. Or list it yourself, keep the car at home, and manage the listing from your own account. Both start with the same short brief.

We are not a volume lot. We take a small number of cars at a time so each one gets the photography, the description and the buyer conversations it actually needs.
Every car is shot properly — 60 to 90 frames, interior, engine, underside, imperfections included. A walkaround video where it helps. Buyers at this level do not bid on phone snaps.
Over 1,400 registered buyers hold standing alerts for specific makes, models and specs. Most cars are seen by the right people before the listing is a day old.
Consigned cars sit in a climate-controlled room on trickle chargers, insured at agreed value, and are only moved for viewings you have approved.
Funds clear through a lawyer-held trust account. Lien payouts, export paperwork and safety certification are handled here, and a specialist keeps you posted as each one clears.
The same submission feeds all three. Tell us which one you are leaning toward and a specialist will confirm it is the right call before anything is charged or signed.
The car stays with you. You write it, price it and speak to buyers yourself. We give you the audience and the platform.
We take the car, present it, market it and negotiate it. You approve the reserve and sign once. Nothing is payable until it sells.
For cars headed to a catalog sale, a specific overseas buyer, or a market that is simply better than this one.
All figures exclude applicable taxes. The listing fee is paid by card when you publish. Commission on a managed consignment is deducted at settlement, and nothing at all is payable on a car that does not sell.
Listing it yourself and later handing it to us is a conversation, not a penalty — talk to the desk and we will credit the $495 against the commission.
Everything up to step four is free and non-binding. Submissions save as drafts, so you can start on a phone in the garage and finish later.
Name, email, phone, password. This is the account you will use later to manage the listing, so it is worth using an address you check.
Year, make, model, VIN, mileage, spec and history, plus whatever photos and documents you have to hand. Save as a draft and come back to it.
A specialist reads it, checks recent comparable sales, and replies with an indicative range and the route we would recommend for this particular car.
Pay the listing fee by card, or sign the consignment agreement. The agreement is signed on screen, so nothing needs printing or posting.
Edit the listing whenever you like, set it to pending while a deal comes together, and mark it sold when the car is gone. Inquiries reach you directly by email and phone.
Everything happens on the front end of this site. There is no dashboard to learn and no back office to log into, and you are never waiting on us to change a price or add a photo.
You post and manage everything from the site itself. There is no WordPress dashboard to learn, and no back-office account for us to set up before you can start.
The same account holds every car you list with us. Sell one now, list another next spring, and both sit in the same place.
Price, description, photos, spec. Corrections are yours to make from the front end, so a wrong figure is fixed in seconds instead of in an email thread.
Set a listing to pending while a deal comes together, and mark it sold once the car is gone. The status is a control on your own listing, not a phone call to us.
Listings run 90 days. We email you a week before yours expires with a link to renew — a card payment and a couple of clicks — so nothing quietly disappears.
Every submission is read by a specialist before it goes live. It keeps the floor consistent, and it catches the things that quietly cost a sale.
Inquiries reach you directly by email and phone — we do not sit between you and your buyer, and on a self-managed listing we neither hold nor process the sale funds.
Fill in what you know. A missing VIN or service record will not stop the submission — we will ask for anything else we need when we reply.

Helps the sale
None of this is needed to submit. Upload what you have; we will chase the rest.
Ask for the consignment desk. Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
Every one of these came in through the same submission form. Photography, storage, buyers and settlement were handled here.
If something here is not covered, the consignment desk will answer it plainly on the phone.
A private listing is $495, paid by card when you publish it. Managed consignment costs nothing up front: commission of 6% with a $4,500 minimum is deducted from the sale proceeds at settlement.
Optional extras — enclosed transport, a pre-purchase inspection, safety certification, extended storage beyond 90 days — are quoted individually and always approved by you first.
For managed consignment, yes. Buyers at this level expect to view and inspect on short notice, and cars that cannot be seen do not sell. We collect it, or you drop it off.
A private listing works the other way — the car stays with you and you arrange viewings yourself.
Recent comparable sales, current live listings, and what the specific car in front of us actually is — mileage, options, color combination, history, and how many exist in that spec. We give you a range and the reasoning behind it.
You set the reserve. If we think a number is wrong we will say so, but it stays your decision.
Consignment agreements run 90 days and either side can end them with seven days notice. If it has not sold we will either recommend a price adjustment or hand the car back. There is no penalty and no commission on a car that did not sell — you cover transport back if we collected it.
Yes, though not as a self-managed listing. Ask for a discreet sale and the car stays off the public pages entirely — we take it to buyers on our own list directly, one conversation at a time.
Owners use this when a sale is sensitive, or when a car is well enough known to be recognized.
Yes. We request a payout letter from your lender, and the lien is discharged out of the sale proceeds at settlement before the balance is released to you. The payout figure and its expiry are confirmed in writing so there are no surprises at closing.
It depends which route you took. On a managed consignment, buyer funds clear into a lawyer-held trust account. Once they have cleared and the transfer is registered, the balance is wired to you — usually within two business days of the car leaving — and the closing statement follows by email.
If you sold the car yourself through a private listing, the money is strictly between you and your buyer. We do not hold, handle or process the sale funds, and we are not part of that transaction. When it is done, mark the listing sold and it comes off the floor.
Send the car through and we will tell you honestly what we think it is worth, how long it should take, and whether we are the right people to sell it. If we are not, we will tell you that too.
