Outfitting & accessories

The parts counter

Parts for suspension, armour, power, sleeping, recovery and storage — for rigs and trailers bought here or elsewhere.

Tell us the rig and the part. The reply has the price, whether it fits, and whether it is on the shelf or ordered in.

Fitment

Before you order

Most parts on a built rig have to work with something already fitted. These are the details that decide whether a part fits.

Tell us

  • Year, make and model, or the trailer
  • What is fitted now — lift, tyre size, bumpers, racks
  • The part, by name or by what it is for
  • For power parts, what is already on the circuit

We check

  • Fitment against the rig and what is on it
  • Clearance to the parts around it
  • Mounting points and hardware needed
  • For power parts, the load on the existing wiring

You get back

  • A price for the part
  • Whether it is on the shelf or ordered in
  • A separate fitting quote, if you asked for one
  • Nothing is ordered until you confirm

If a part will not fit as asked, the reply says why and what would.

Parts request

Ask about a part

One request for the part, the fit and, if you want it, the fitting.

  • The parts desk reads the request and the rig details.
  • They reply with a price and whether it fits, or ask about the rig first.
  • Fitting is quoted separately, and booked with the install bay.

Questions

Parts questions

Will a part fit my rig?

Tell us the rig and what is already fitted, and we check before you buy. If we built the rig, put the stock number or build name in the request and we will work from the install record.

Can you fit what I buy here?

Yes. Choose “Quote fitting too” and the reply quotes the fitting separately from the part. The bay slot itself is booked on the Service & install page once you have the quote.

Can you get a part you do not stock?

Often. Ask for it by its maker’s name and part number if you have them, and the reply will say whether it can be ordered in.

Do you carry parts for trailers and truck campers?

Yes. Choose “A trailer or truck camper” in the request, and give the trailer’s make and model or its axle and coupler if you know them.

Can I return a part?

Returns are set by the shop and depend on the part and whether it has been fitted. The reply to your request states the terms before you buy.
